Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for pre-licensed clinicians pursuing LPCC and/or LADC licensure in Minnesota, as well as contracted supervision services for outpatient mental health clinics. All supervision sessions are conducted online via secure audiovisual platform.

Individual Clinicians

Clinical Guidance — informed by Narrative Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and CBT, including healthy boundary setting, conflict resolution, and ethical decision-making.

Therapeutic Identity Development — intentional support in clarifying which modalities align with your strengths, identifying the populations you are drawn to serve, and charting a course for your long-term professional growth.

As a Certified Narrative Therapist with dual LPCC and LADC licensure, I bring a depth of clinical perspective that extends beyond traditional mental health training. Whether you are pursuing dual licensure or deepening your clinical foundation, I offer supervision rooted in real-world experience and focused on your growth.

Clinic Contracts

I offer clinical supervision grounded in a strengths-based, identity-focused approach to the long-term development of your pre-licensed staff. My goal is to develop clinicians who are not only competent but confident, ethical, and aligned with your clinic’s standards of care.

As a board-approved clinical supervisor, LPCC, LADC, and Certified Narrative Therapist with a specialty in co-occurring mental health and substance use, I bring a distinctive clinical lens to that work.
